1. Introduction

BIDZ E-Store ("we", "us", "our") operates the mobile game BIDZ Fly & Earn (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the App, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

If you do not agree with this policy, please stop using the App and remove it from your device.

2. Information We Collect

Account information you provide

• Email address — required to sign in and link your in-game balance to your BIDZ Pay account.
• Name (first and last) — used for your in-game pilot profile.
• Phone number — optional; collected if you choose to link a phone to your BIDZ Pay account.
• Profile photo (avatar) — optional image you may upload to personalize your account.
• BIDZ Pay User ID — the public identifier from your BIDZ Pay account, used to credit earnings to your wallet.

Gameplay information

• Score, BIDZ SAT earned, rocket selection, inventory — recorded each flight to keep your balance and progress in sync across devices.
• Pilot code — used for the referral program.
• Referral activity — friends who joined using your code, and any bonus credit earned from their gameplay.

Device & advertising information

• Device identifiers (IDFA / Vendor ID) — used by advertising SDKs to attribute ad views and (with your consent) deliver personalized ads.
• Coarse location (country) — derived from your IP address by our server; used only for the "Someone in [country] just signed in" security notice.
• App interaction data — events such as launches, ad views, in-game purchases, and crashes, used to fix bugs and improve the App.
• Crash and performance diagnostics — recorded automatically when the App misbehaves, so we can fix it.

What we do NOT collect

• Precise GPS location.
• Health, fitness, or biometric data.
• Contacts, calendar, or microphone data.
• Financial account credentials. Payment / payout flows are handled by BIDZ Pay; we do not store your bank or card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Operate the game. Authenticate sign-in, sync your score / balance / inventory across devices, run the leaderboard.
• Reward your play. Convert in-game BIDZ SAT to your BIDZ Pay wallet and process withdrawal requests.
• Communicate with you. Send service notifications such as "your daily bonus is ready" or "your withdrawal has been processed".
• Show ads. Display interstitial advertising to keep the App free. With your consent, ads may be personalized.
• Detect abuse. Identify cheating, fraudulent withdrawals, multi-device session hijacking, and bot activity.
• Improve the App. Analyze crash reports and gameplay patterns to fix bugs and tune difficulty.
• Comply with the law. Respond to lawful requests from authorities and enforce our Terms.

4. Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party services. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy that governs how it handles data it receives from the App.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with the providers above only to the extent needed to provide the App's services to you.

5. Advertising & Tracking Choices

On first launch the App shows Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, which controls whether ad networks can access the IDFA on your device. You may change this answer any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the App also shows a separate consent dialog allowing you to grant or refuse personalized advertising. You may revisit this choice from the App at any time.

Declining tracking does not block you from playing — ads will still appear but will be less personalized.

6. Data Retention

• Account & balance data — kept while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
• Gameplay history — retained indefinitely in aggregate (for the global leaderboard) and deleted at account closure.
• Diagnostics & crash logs — retained 90 days, then automatically purged.
• Ad event data — controlled by the ad SDK provider per their privacy policy.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have one or more of the following rights:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to update inaccurate information.
• Deletion — request that we delete your account and the associated data.
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Objection / Restriction — limit how we process your data.
• Withdraw consent — revoke any consent you previously granted, including for personalized advertising.
• Lodge a complaint — contact your local data-protection authority (e.g. in the EU, your national DPA).

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is rated 12+ and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

9. Security

All communication between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS / TLS). Passwords are never stored in plaintext. Session tokens are JWT-signed and bound to a single device — signing in on a new device invalidates the previous session and notifies you in the App.

No system is 100% secure. If we ever experience a breach affecting your data, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

10. International Data Transfers

Our servers are located in the United States. By using the App, you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses to safeguard international transfers.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in-app and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
