Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you", "your") and Bidz E Store Inc, a Tennessee corporation ("BIDZ", "we", "us"), governing your use of the BIDZ Shopping mobile application (the "App") and any related services.
By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
What BIDZ Shopping Does
BIDZ Shopping is a cross-retailer shopping concierge. We let you browse 46+ U.S. retailers (Amazon, Nike, Zara, Lululemon, and others) in one app, place orders through our Nashville warehouse, and ship the consolidated shipment to any address worldwide.
Products in the App are supplied by third-party retailers listed in the App. BIDZ facilitates the purchase, consolidation, and international shipping. We are not the manufacturer or original seller of most items unless clearly marked as a BIDZ-native product.
Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential.
- You must provide accurate information at registration and keep it up to date.
- Each account is for personal use; sharing credentials with others is not permitted.
- You can delete your account at any time via Profile → Personal Info → Delete Account in the App.
- We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the service.
Orders and Pricing
When you place an order in the App, you make an offer to purchase the listed items at the shown price. The order is accepted when payment clears and we send an order confirmation.
Prices in the App are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD) and include estimated shipping, applicable taxes, and first-mile handling. If a retailer changes the price between your purchase and our fulfillment, we will:
- Refund the difference to your BIDZ Pay wallet or original payment method if the price dropped.
- Contact you for approval if the price increased by more than 10%. We will not charge the increased amount without your consent.
We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if an item is out of stock, miscategorized, or priced incorrectly beyond our control.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed by Stripe.
- First Iraqi Bank (FIB) wallet for buyers in Iraq.
- BIDZ Pay crypto wallet, operated by our partner Coin Rails, a licensed Money Services Business.
Payment service disclosure: BIDZ is a licensed Money Services Business (MSB) in Tennessee operating in partnership with Coin Rails. BIDZ Pay transactions move through Coin Rails' regulated payment rails. All crypto payments are converted to USD at the time of checkout at the rate shown; you bear no post-payment price volatility.
Shipping and Delivery
- Consolidation: items are shipped by the retailer to our Nashville, Tennessee warehouse, consolidated, then forwarded to you.
- Shipping time: consolidated international orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on destination. Domestic U.S. orders arrive within 2–7 business days.
- Tracking: live tracking is available inside the App for every stage: Order Placed → BIDZ Warehouse → In Transit → Out for Delivery → Delivered.
- Customs and import duties: for international shipments, you are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by your country. These charges are not included in the price shown at checkout.
- Address accuracy: you are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. Reshipping to a corrected address is at your expense.
Refunds and Returns
Because BIDZ consolidates items from third-party retailers, our refund policy varies by product category and status:
Before shipment leaves the Nashville warehouse
- Full refund available for any reason, minus any non-refundable retailer restocking fees.
- Submit the request in the App at Orders → Order Details → Request Refund or email support@bidz.store.
After shipment but before delivery
- Cancellation is subject to carrier recall success. If recalled, you receive a full refund minus shipping already paid.
- If the carrier cannot recall, standard post-delivery return rules apply.
After delivery
- Return window is 14 days from delivery for most items in original condition with original packaging.
- You pay return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the item, refund issues within 7 business days to your original payment method.
- Final-sale items, intimate apparel, opened cosmetics, and digital goods are non-refundable.
Defective or wrong items
- Full refund (including shipping) plus free return label. Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos via Chat to BIDZ Support.
Price Corrections
BIDZ monitors retailer prices after you order. If a retailer drops the price before we ship, we automatically process a partial refund to your original payment method or BIDZ Pay wallet. No action is required from you. You will see the correction reflected in the Order Details screen.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for anything illegal, including purchasing items that violate your country's import laws.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the App's APIs or infrastructure.
- Impersonate another person or create accounts to defraud BIDZ, retailers, or other buyers.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers against the App.
- Resell or redistribute content from the App without written permission.
- Place fraudulent chargebacks for orders you received and chose to keep.
Violation may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of pending orders, and reporting to law enforcement where applicable.
Intellectual Property
The BIDZ name, logo, app design, and all original content are the property of Bidz E Store Inc. You may not use our branding without written permission. Retailer logos and product images displayed in the App are the property of their respective owners and used for product identification only.
Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the App's uninterrupted availability, accuracy of product descriptions provided by retailers, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Product warranties, if any, are provided by the original retailer or manufacturer and not by BIDZ. Contact BIDZ support and we will help facilitate warranty claims where possible.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BIDZ's total liability for any claim related to the App or your orders shall not exceed the total amount you paid to BIDZ in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. BIDZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold BIDZ harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the App, or your violation of any third-party right.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.
Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@bidz.store and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the App at least seven days before taking effect. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the new Terms constitutes acceptance.
